Introduction and Overview about BEAP

Based on the quotes above, revolution means a total or radical change. I came to ask myself why in business there has to be a change and a process as well- a process that creates something in order to deliver ultimate value to customers. I realized that this is Enterprise business Process is all about.

Enterprise Business Process by definition is the end-to-end (cross-departmental, and often, cross-company coordination of work activities that create and deliver ultimate value to customers.

They said that running a business without an enterprise business process plan is similar to preparing for a big game with only roster of key players, no play-book and no practice. There has to be a work projected which involves activity, courage, energy, and the like. By doing so, this will leads to the success of the business whether small or big businesses.

This course subject however, is a great help because it is designed for IT Students who need to have an overview of genetic business processes.

In addition, it will enable students learn how to describe, analyze, and redesign a business process through the use of tools and methodologies.

In the following days, I’ll be learning more about BEAP.

This is just a sort of introduction and an overview on this topic.
